I wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread in the bakery bellow. The very simple yet, so complete smell makes my day. The single most common food in the world is the smell that I am comforted by as I wake up to it. Only small amounts of time are put into each and every loaf. Although more effort and craftsmanship is put into each, than an experts painting. Such a simple task is making the baker become an artist and each piece of bread is becoming a new artistic expression, nothing could be better.
