An hour and a half after we left Cinncinati we finally got to our hotel, Shaker Village in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Here it is super pretty and as soon as my sister uploads pictures I will post some. The village used to be a real town and all the keys to the rooms are actually real keys imagine that. Tomorrow we finally get to go to some of the Dressage (horseback riding) and we get to go shopping for my new horse!!!! Since we have gotten here Abbie and I are even more disappointed that we didn't get to bring Aria and Salsa (our horses). Oh well my parents said maybe next time. Well I will post again tomorrow hopefully I am now being forced to go to bed as it is Eastern time here.

This sort of writing can be very entertaining to read, and high interest to people who visit your blog. Be careful though, that you maintain the standards of good writing, which include some element of introduction, and conclusion. I mean, what did you really conclude from the trip? What was the feeling, motivation, or outlook at the start? these are the sort of approaches to use when writing those elements to a narrative piece. You don't have to get all serious like an essay, but you really need those elements to be there or the writing becomes so informal it reads too much like a journal, or diary.
